T-Mobile prepaid website not working! i need to refill asap!
Hi, I am unable to make payment, it let lets me log in. But it says “we are having a carrier moment” but it’s been forever now. Is anyone else having this issue. I can’t pay phone, I also tried 611 same thing.

You can try using guest pay.
Yes! I am so sad. My needs to go to bed but I need my number, phone and T-Mobile prepaid to get it together lloll!! Wahhhhhh!
I am in the same boat. Thought maybe its because I am in Australia, but no dice. Tried a few things and all the systems say the same. Cannot find anything on the web about the maintenance or when its coming back online.
