T-Mobile trade-in issues
I traded in my iPhone 11 and XR and sent them to t-mobile one month ago but never received the credit for the iPhone 11. I have called the customer services several times and these representatives promised me the issue would be resolved in a few days but it never did. They just give people empty promises so that you can get off the phone. Plus was told by the salesman the trade-in value was $150 each but only received $85 for XR.

Have call 611 several times and they always said the issue has already been taken care of but it never did. Just want you to hang up the phone.

Same issue I got the Iphone 16 and traded in my iphone 13 in Dec 2024. The agreement on my trade in I will be credit for the next 24 months at $12.50. But only got credit for two months. I had call them about it last month. there customer service lie to me. After they realize their mistake and credit me promising they took care of it. I got a text telling me they had credit me for Feb. I now notice they didn't credit me but charge me. What kind of BS is this. T-mobile stealing my trade in. I need a management to fix this or i'm taking it up in court.
