T-Mobile and/or YouTube incorrectly throttles 1080p high bandwidth videos on youtube.com in the web browser for ALL T-Mobile customers. (even with any video optimization settings turned OFF) ...
Ah ok prepaid. Last I remember all prepaid were throttled unless on specific prepaid plans. Don't quote me on that however there probably an old thread about it.
