TMobile needs to PROVIDE PAYMENT RECEIPTS
TMobile needs to provide RECEIPTS for payments just like every other business does. For those of us that are self employed and if we get audited WE MUST HAVE RECEIPTS. We MUST HAVE RECEIPTS to provide to our Tax Accountants. This is not rocket science, this is simple customer service, TMobile should either email a receipt after payment is made like all other service providers do, or at least h ave receipts that are printable on your website. TMobile you are not taking care of the half of your customers that have to provide expense reports WITH RECEIPTS to their employers, or are self employed and NEED RECEIPTS in case of audit for tax purposes.

Yes I was going to say the same thing just go back to paper billings it has your receipts on them everything wants to go to paperless but you have no proof then. It's the only way I know what's going on with my account since I've never been able to get on my account online they accept my auto pay though so I am sticking with paper billing and payments made comes on the billing. Did not know when I signed up for T-Mobile that they were so rude negative and uncooperative in helping with accounts.

It's really hard to sign into your MyTmobile account, click on view bill, download bill to PDF and print it off. So rude.

You need to have a postpaid account to received invoices per the terms and conditions.
