Unable to Set Primary Account Holder

Thanks for taking the time to post to our community! I am very sorry you are having issues getting that primary account holder to stick 😥 Part of me wonders if it has something to do with your account type. I know you said you had spoke with our support teams in the past and had a ticket filed for this. Unfortunately, here on a public forum, I am unable to see the details of this request. If you have a Facebook or Twitter account, I would highly recommend using the link in my signature to message our T-Force team. They will be able to see the status of this ticket and escalate it if need be.
yes! i opened my account a few years ago, switched my number to at&t 5 months ago temporarily but kept my watch and internet through t-mobile and now it tells me I'm no longer the account holder when i log in, so i can’t make any changes or switch my line back to t-mobile. its extremely annoying. everytime i log in it prints me to register so i type in my one & only PIN then it says error, and takes me into loop after loop of log ins… even though there’s only ever been one pin i use for everything (and even have it written in my phone from day one) AND I’m the only person who has ever been on or had access to my account/line lol. their app & sites are still e 6 years later!
