Unlock phone
I transferred my phone to another service - the phone i have was purchased at T-mobile - i paid cash and was assured it was unlocked - my new service says my phone is locked - i need T-mobile to unlock it
All phones sold by Tmobile are locked and must meet the requirements to be unlocked. I would post the link but this new forum has a flaw that I can't post a click able link.
The main requirements are 40 days usage on post paid plans, account in good standing and being a Tmobile customer.
I qualify - been with them for over 20 yrs - just want to try a less expensive service since I only need my phone to dial, ring, and collect a handful of texts each month - thank you - I will go there tomorrow
