Use insurance claim to jump
How do I use my insurance claim to upgrade to a new device online?
Do you mean, the device you have received from an insurance claim? If so, you just start the process the same way you would start Jump normally. If you haven't received a device yet from your insurance claim, you need to wait for the replacement first.
