USPS Moving Through Network Trade-in iPhone
I shipped my trade-in iPhones on Sep 28, and Assurant has already received one; the other one has been stuck in FRISCO, TX 75035 since Oct 4th with a status saying “Moving Through Network.”
What should I do to get my rebate if my iPhone is lost due to USPS? Will Mobile refuse to honor the rebate?
same issue here also very slow in Dallas and Coppell TX Distribution Centers. It has been almost 2 weeks since my trade-in got to Texas but USPS won’t let me open an investigation yet.
Unfortunately, USPS won't let me open an investigation because it is still active delivery according to them.
You should contact USPS to see if they can track down your package and potentially open an investigation to see why it isn’t moved since September.
