Virtual Reward Payment PUID
I received a virtual reward payment that I forgot to redeem. It is dated June 10 2023. When I click on redeem it asks for PUID and Phone Number. What is PUID? I can’t find any information when I search for TMobile PUID.

Switching from ATT, despite the higher cost for upgrading plans and phones, was a huge mistake in my part. I went from a paid off iPhone 11 and an unlimited plan for $76.00 a month to a $180 phone bill for a plan that is a flat $75 and a watch for $10 a month. How? Well the iPhone 15 is $35 a month. Okay 👍🏼 the watch is $13. Fine. They pride themselves in “no hidden fees” but where does the extra $47 come from? Taxes and fees. I was livid. When I signed up I went with the $100 plan so I could turn in and upgrade my phone every year so why wasn’t it explained to me that I’d still be paying off a phone I was trading in? Weird. Then I was offered a $800 rebate. That was never sent in. After speaking with customer service for over 2 hours 3 different times in 4 months, I am just now on the line for a rebate of $200. So I’m confused. They send me a link for the FIRST TIME to redeem my rebate and it asks for a PUID number. After doing thorough research, no one knows what the PUID number is. No one has received an answer. Upon investigating this, I also have found that the rebate prepaid Mastercard does not work for most people. They make this a problem and so very difficult on purpose, I am convinced. I am pretty sure at this point, with so many other with this issue, it has the potential for a civil lawsuit. We will see. I am definitely in between cutting my losses and going back to ATT, whom which I’ve been a loyal customer for years or pursuing legal action. If for nothing else, to just ease my frustration, because I have the time and ability to do so. We will see. But if you are even thinking about switching, DON’T. Not here. The lack of follow through, AI generated or outsourced customer service is beyond unhelpful. It’s infuriating. Think twice, shop around, and get everything in writing and/or documented.

I logged in to ask the same question. Did you ever get an answer. T-Mobile didn’t help me. They couldn’t find an answer. Gave me a tel# that only checks balances
