Visual voicemail problem

Up to yesterday my visual voicemail was fine. Then last night I went to log into it and it says Visual Voicemail appears to be associated to a different account. You can try to reboot your device or you can set up a new account deleting all voicemails. Set up new account yes or no. That’s the whole message. In the background you can see a spinning wheel of death and it talked about visual voicemail  being enhanced. As I say, I had no issues until last night.
