Have charge per call. Spammers call, wait to be transferred to voice mail to be sure I won’t answer and I get charged for a completed call. Can erase the voicecall number which solves the problem b...

I called Tmobile and was told you cannot turn off voicemail, you can turn off your access to it but others can call and still be able to leave voice messages.
