what does code 8 mean when trying to unlock phone?
When I try to unlock my phone, I get an error message code 8.
What does it mean? I check all the conditiions necessary to be able to unlock my phone and I do not see why I am not allow to unlock my phone. None of the restrictions seems to apply to my account.
Contact them using messenger on one of T-Mobile’s social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter.
I just found the solution, myself, I think…
According to web page below, the error code 8 would mean that my phone is stolen or lost… which is non-sense. I now have to find a human being at T-mobile to resolve this issue.
