Where to go to access the prepaid virtual card?
We received a text that our prepaid virtual reimbursement card is ready to pay off a device after switching carriers. But, I am having trouble finding where on the site I go to access the card in order to use it.

sonya we switched the last week of Feb. so 4 weeks ish?
How long did it take to get the text? It’s almost been 2 weeks since mine was approved.

Yes Ive tried this multiple times with a support specialist and it says there are no active accounts. Even the support specialists is confused. I have to call the rebate care team she said.
