Why do I have to pay for activating 4 phone lines and a tablet?

I don’t understand, I went to Metro PCS T-mobile for two weeks, I kept my mifi account with T-Mobile. 

The only thing I did was move my my 4 phone lines and my Tablet. I only moved for two weeks just to get an idea what i could save if any. After i signed with Metro T-mobile the bill went from $286.00 down to $186.00. my wife experience and I found out that the speed was slower and could not upload pictures and documents. So today I was talking to T-mobile about bring the lines back and got the account from Metro T-mobile to get the pin number and the account transfer as asked from T-mobile. 

T-mobile said that I had to pay $105.00 to get my activate my phones lines and I have already ported my lines that I have had for 7 years too. Customer service said I can’t talk to a supervisor and I could forget it. I can’t see why they have to charge me such a high price. its only been 2 weeks. God I am 59 years old and I have never been late with T-Mobile.
