why is nobody answering the phones?
I’m a very urgent situation with my telephone and they’re 24 hour customer service is not open 24 hours. It said it would open at 6 AM then I go through everything to verify and it says “we care about our customers we can’t take your car right now“ and hangs up on you.
I've been calling the 611 off of my TMOBIL phone. Still no answer weeks after I first started calling them. Usually, if the are really busy, they give me an option to get a call back. That isn't happening either.

That doesn't look like the proper T-Mobile page and that isn't the number listed on T-Mobile's Contact Us page.
I have been calling customer care for many, many weeks. No one ever answers. I need to return something. How can I contact someone?

It has been quite some time since T-Mobile and other carriers have offered 24/7 call centers. 7AM Eastern Time is when they open for the day. It is best to call then for the shortest wait times.
