Activate eSIM
I received a notification that the eSIM is complete but I still do not have any mobile data/no phone/ no texts so I can't contact support for help.

Did you choose and purchase a plan after activing the eSIM in your my.t-mobile.com account?

It be best to go into the store for help. That way they can see the actual issue. Otherwise, contact support via email and provide screenshots.
