Activate new phone for replaced device

Question

I am in need of information on how to accomplish the following;

Current device is a Galaxy S9 on line ending in 8374

Recently received the upgraded phone S21.

I want to activate the S21 on the same line 8374 and replace the galaxy s9.

Is it possible to do this online or do I need to call in?

Devices don’t need to be activated!&nbsp; Just remove your SIM from your old device and put it in the new one.&nbsp;&nbsp;

To add on if you want to use the new R sim and you're on a post paid plan you can change the sim card from your Mytmobile account.
