Calls to me go to someone else
Over the past few days, multiple friends and family have told me that when calling me, the calls are answered by a stranger. My phone does not ring or note missed calls. During this time, I have received some calls, though, so not all calls are being forwarded to the stranger. Can anyone help me figure out what’s going on??
Hi - did this problem ever get resolved for you? I am facing the exact same problem. It is compounded by the fact it is happening both ways. I am getting a daily dose of calls meant for "Linda" and "Linda" is getting my calls. Though not all calls. TMO support has been abysmal. To the equivalent of restart the phone and try again. <smh> Going on for nearly 3 months now, it is frustrating.
you will need to contact TMO either through call in or through Facebook/Twitter so they can dig into your account/line and try to see what is going on. the site here is primarily peer to peer assistance only.
