can phones be returned
my mother has the 55+ plan with 2 lines and a watch. She just went into a nursing home and no longer has any income. is there any way to cancel her account and turn in her phones without having to pay for the phones? I've tried going into the local stores and calling but they're unwilling to help.
Unfortunately if the equipment is past the remorse period they can't be returned.
You can cancel the account but will need to pay off any financed equipment.
