Can't receive phone number verification codes
When I try to sell something on Facebook and the buyer sends me a code to verify my phone number, I don’t receive the code and the buyer gets an “invalid phone” message. Any ideas? Samsung Galaxy S21...
Give Customer Care a call or reach out to the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter and have them make sure Short Codes are enabled on your account. Some verification services do not work with prepaid numbers.
