Capturing Text: is there a way to save a file of text messages

I commonly take a screen shot of a text message and save the ‘Picture’ to my cloud.

I am looking for a way to capture a series of messages, or a conversation, which would include a date/time of when the messages occurred.

Is there a way to do this?  I have a Samsung Galaxy S20-FE
