Galaxy A32 won't connect to Ulanzi J12 Mic's

Hey everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has suggestions or solutions to connect my Android Galaxy A32 to my new microphones Ulanzi J12.   I charged and connected the mic's and nothing works.  I am assuming that my phone does not have the proper software.  

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hey! If your Galaxy A32 isn’t connecting to your Ulanzi J12 mics, here’s the deal. The J12 uses a USB-C receiver, and your A32 has a USB-C port, so it should work. Charge the mics fully, plug in the receiver, and ensure it’s secure. If nothing happens, go to Settings, check for “OTG” under “Connections,” and enable it. Also, update your phone’s software in “Software Update.” Some Samsung models can be finicky with USB-C mics, and while the J12 lists issues with S8, S9, and S20, the A32 might need a tweak too. Test the mics on another device to rule out a fault. If they work elsewhere, it’s likely a compatibility snag with the A32. Hit up Ulanzi support or A32 forums for more. Let me know how it goes!
