How do I talk to a customer service person?

How do I talk to a customer service person?

  • You should still be able to reach someone by calling 611 by asking the automated system for a representative.  You can also reach someone by sending a DM to T-Mobile on either Facebook or Twitter during regular business hours.

  • My name is Belinda Seabolt. I have had T-Mobile since February 2025 was the worst phone company I’ve ever dealt with they have fake advertisements. It seems like they overcharge me all the time I went in there to get a prepaid phone and they talked me into getting this free iPhone and then weeks later I get a bill in the mail stating I owe this amount of money and it was 100s and hundreds of dollars after that they need shut down I would love to get my money back. They are making me pay for something I did not ask for they will trick you.

Thanks @syaoran.  Maybe I was using the wrong words.  I did try asking it to connect me to a representative, hitting ‘0’, etc.

    I will try FaceBook.

@gramps28 , have you done that?  If so, what was the magic phrase or number?  Because at the end of the dialog, the bot just keep repeating the same thing, over and over.

I've done it with credit cards and it seems like the magic word is cancel.

Usually you just go through the prompts until you get connected to a person.

Hello, I've been a T- Mobile customer for some time now. I paid February phone bill now it's saying I owe $ 122.00 it seems like this has been pn going. I pay my bill every month on the 26th of each month I deposit $ 105.00. I just set up a two payment of $ 61.09 for March 19th and April 19th. I would appreciate somebody looking into this because I'm on fix income

That takes me to an automated attendant which cannot handle my particular issue.
