IMEI

I no longer am a customer but I’d like to recover my IMEM codes from my old phone. I can no longer login in to an account, how do I recover them.

    I know about 15 years ago they did since I went to a mall kiosk and the guy pulled up all the phone that I've used on network.

    You can't!  T-Mobile does not store the IMEI of your devices.  The IMEI only shows up for devices in use.  If you purchased devices from T-Mobile in the past.  Did you save the receipts for those devices?  Once an account is closed, it gets archived.
