No Voicemail Icon on ANY T-MOBILE phone

I’m actually asking AND ansering this so it’ll be a current asked / answered topic.

SOLUTION: This I’m sure will work with your T-Mobile phone. It only took me about 45 minutes of talking to off-shore reps (don’t get me started).

From the homescreen, LONG press the phone icon for 5-6 seconds, I know, it’ll go to voicemail, BUT the good news is that afterward your Voicemail Icon will be at the top of your phone!😉
