Paying off a phone online
My son wants to pay off his new phone. When I put in a payment, it is over the monthly bill so it confuses the site. I found the section where it says how much he owes but not where to pay it off. Where in the site do I pay for the phone?
Depending on the type of term the EIP has. It might not be possible to pay off early without forfeiting any and all promotions, credits, and discounts associated with the purchase of that device.
Click on the line you want to pay off, select make a payment that will take you to a screen to make a payment or pay off the full amount on a drop down screen.
