phone keeps shutting off
Is anyone else’s phone just keeping cutting off for no reason. Or the screen goes blank. Please Help
I have a REVVL V. Two weeks old. It has randomly shut off 3x. It locks up on pink screen with TMobile insignia. Got to hit power button 5-6 times to get it to reboot. Thanks
agreed..by “screen goes blank” do you mean the phone just up and shuts off or the screen goes to sleep and you must click a button or the screen to wake it back up? and by “cutting off” do you mean it turns off or you lose signal?
More info is needed. What type of phone are you using? Is your phones software up to date? How long has this been going on?
