RCS chats disabled by carrier

What the heck?!? My chats were working just fine until a couple of weeks ago. I don't get it. My S23 is up to date. I've cleared the messages cache, turned RCS off and on, turned airplane mode on and off. Am I missing something or what? Because I'm getting mad

    Is Google Messages up to date?  Is your Google Play System up to date?  Is your device rooted?  RCS is working fine for me on my s23 Ultra.

      Yes, all of my stuff is up to date. It was working just fine for me as well until a few weeks or so ago.
