T-Life does not work on my T-Mobile phone
T-Life cannot be installed on phone
We have been t-mobile customers for over 20 years. We are early subscribers to T-Mobile Internet. Today, we find that we cannot use our T-Mobile Android Phones to install the new T-Mobile Internet App (T-Life) to manage our T-Mobile Internet services. The previous app has been replaced by T-Life. Our T-Mobile phones are Android 8. Android 11 (perhaps 9 and 10 will or will not work) are necessary now to manage T-Mobile Internet. I cannot change my WiFi signal names. I cannot add or delete Wifi signals, etc. etc. Did I sign a contract with T-Mobile Internet that allows them to deprive me of their services at a whim while still charging me for them?

Unfortunately, your Android devices are beyond their support window and lack important security updates to securely use the T-Life app. You can always reach out to Support to have them configure your internet for you. Until you have a device that meets the minimum requirements for T-Life, you will not be able to use the T-Life app.
