Tap to download on text messages
I have a new phone and cannot have group chats. Instead, I get individual messages from each person in my chat that says tap to download. I cannot get or receive texts from them just tap to download.

usually its either a data issue since group chats are handled the same was as sending/receiving a pic text..gotta have a data connection...or you might have to go into your text apps settings and more than likely advanced settings and there should be something in there about group texts and how theyre handled..might need to change that around..what phone do you have and what texting app does it use?
