my boyfriend got my text from a different number but it was my text that i sent from my phone?
caller ID spoofing would be someone else spoofing your number to contact other people..like through a computer..
unless you are telling us you spoofed your own number and sent the text using it then no...this isnt spoofing.
you might have to contact TMO either through calling in or via one of their social media platforms and see if they can see the text leaving your phone and then where it got boogered up with that other number.

the reply comes back to me. i found out that this is called Caller ID Spoofing
interesting. if he replies back to it does it still send back to you or is the reply text lost at that point?
my smartwatch does not have a different number for it.
yes we are on the same plan and no we do not use digits whatever that is?
or do you have a smart watch and it somehow bungled up which number it was actually sending from?
