Unable to download apps

I am unable to download apps from the play store since I started to use Tmobile home internet last month. I search on Google for advice and tried many suggestions but I can't get the apps to download. I have to wait to leave home and use another internet connection to download and get updates. I would appreciate any suggestions to resolve. Thanks
