í cant manage my devices on the t-mobile or t-life app for the internet.

I have had T-Mobile home internet for about 2 years now. When I log into the T-Mobile app or the t-Life app I am supposed to be able to manage all my devices that are connected to my home internet but I cannot. It shows that I am connected to the Wi-Fi but it says I have no active devices when I know I do. I have a good signal but I am constantly being kicked off and losing my connection. But even when I do have a good signal and it shows that I'm connected it's still showing me that I have no devices

    1. The T-Life App stinks big time compared to the old internet App. Let's see, I'm having internet issues so do I want to download a small trim App designed to reset the Gateway or do I want download a fat, bloated, klugy, ad filled App?
    2. Yeah, get used to getting kicked off. For the past three months it's been every night at about 9:00pm. Hmmmm, who watches TV then anyway? Almost everyone.
    3. I had the opposite problem with devices. It showed 8 but I only had three. A factory reset didn't help either.

I was considering switching from ATT to Tmobil because I had the same issue with the ATT app, but, I'm currently in my trial period with Tmobil and the app is doing the same thing. It's very frustrating and it's not giving me much incentive to switch.

Yeah, get used to it. Repeat after me " Were upgrading our systems", for the last three years.

I have personal issues with AT&T so I would never go back.
