Bill Increase

Is there any explanation as to how my monthly bill recently increased by approximately 10%?  I did not request any additional benefits and in addition, I received absolutely NO NOTICE of a pending monthly increase.  I can assure you that if the prior billing amount is not restored, I will be seeking a comparable communication

source elsewhere, which apparently is fairly easy to accomplish.
