Brand Ambassador

Dear T-Mobile District, Regional & Corporate Office,

Please do not take my feedback as a venue to terminate anyone. I do not seek any type of revenge or compensation. My sole motive is simply accountability and understanding. I’ve been with T-Mobile for quite some time now. T-Mobile is amazing. Not just a brand but a Global Force. One of which I strongly believe is for the greater good. Earlier today when contacting Corporate Branch 211 S State Road 7 Unit A Hollywood, FL  33023, I was assisted by Store Manager Carlos. Again I am not writing this for him to get in trouble. I’m sure he needs his employment same as everyone else. All I need is for him to learned from what happened earlier today. I am human. I have bad days. I am not perfect. However, when representing a Global Brand with such Excellent Strong Loyal Customer Service. One must understand how our behaviour and the way we carry ourselves may impact everything and everyone both positive or negative. I was provided with a sincere apology from a different T-Mobile Representative. I accepted the apology. However, I declined any compensation. I am a happy customer. I don’t need any sort of compensation. All I want is T-Mobile to continue providing its amazing services as always. I will not set foot on this particular branch moving forward. However, if I could say anything to this gentleman, I would say; I am sorry you had a not so great day. Do not take my feedback as something bad. In the contrary is a gigantic opportunity to understand and continue to provide the quality of service T-Mobile and its customers expect from you. Thank you for everything you do & Please take care.

  • Typically ,  the only negative response i get is from TMobiles ERT.  first call is nice (obtaining information), 2nd call is almost threatening
