Concern: no connection at leadt 3 x in a week

HI

I need your advise and support

I just signed up for the service 

I’m not happy 

1) they did not deliver phone in 2 days 

2) in a week since I got it there had been on three occasion where there was  

no utub 

bị email access 

The third time it happened was from Monday night to Tuesday afternoon 

Not just little inconvenience  It was a real problem 

3) This was in addition to slow  utub upload on a daily basis 

I am very concerned I had metro for several years none of the above  problems occurred 

 I am seriously thinking about changing a new service plan this is not fair to me 

my phone deal was a promotion 

 What  my options ? any  suggestions ?
