Netflix discount from T-Mobile got dropped by more than 50%

I just found out T-Mobile reduced the Netflix-On-Us discount from $12.99 to $6.99 - a huge 54% deduction!. 

While at the same time, Netflix increased the subscription cost. We got *double* hits with cost increase - one from Netflix and another from T-Mobile. I wonder what is next?
