New T-mobile SIM card does not connect my Samsung Galaxy S10E to the network.
I’m originally a Sprint customer before the merge and still have a Sprint SIM card. However, I have been getting texts nearly every day reminding me that I need to swap to a T-mobile SIM card to maintain service. So, I ordered the SIM card free of charge and received it quickly. No matter what I try, the new T-mobile SIM card will not connect me to the network. I even re-ordered a new one and still have the same issue. The reason I think it will not connect is because I currently live in Anchorage, Alaska where T-mobile has roaming contracts, or so I’m told. Any ideas?

The new SIM needs to be activated. You can give Customer Care a call to take care of that for.you or reach out to the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter as well.
