not getting desired calls
I am not receiving necessary calls from certain businesses. I am receiving all the spam calls in the world despite my spam blocker being on, but my veterinarian and at least 1 other business cannot get me by phone. They say they called and left voicemails, but I don’t have any missed calls, received calls or voicemails from them. Why is that?
blocked somehow? only other thing i can think of would be theyre making net calls to you and for whatever reason your side isnt registering them? contact TMO through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter (starts you with tier 2 support) and see if they can see the calls on their side or not and if they can maybe where its getting held up.
Some are, some aren't. There is absolutely no record of these calls anywhere or logic as to why Im not getting them.
There is no record on my phone, not on my bill and not in the spam blocker. I am not getting the voicemails that are left either.
I get plenty of spam calls and faxes calling me but my veterinarian calls and sometimes even my sister (whom I converse with daily) aren't coming through.
are their numbers in your contacts list? spam blocker might be blocking them as well.
