What you should have asked for, is a signal booster. It's always been odd that T-Mobile refers to both devices as cellspots. If your signal is week or non-existent at your location though. A booster will not help.

Thanks for that Syaoran, the WiFi calling doesn’t work well for me. Sitting at my desk, if I call my cell phone (1 bar of LTE typically) from my Teams VOIP phone it will not ring. I really don’t want to switch from t-mobile but it’s a problem.
