Samsung Note 10+ 5G only has 4G

This is February 2023, I just bought a brand new Samsung Note 10+ 5G and have 3 lines. My note 10 only connects at 4G and my other Notes connect at 5G. Why? I have checked many times that the settings are correct but to no avail.
