Texts not going through to one person
My text messages are no longer being received by my husband. He had a Galaxy 21 Ultra, upgraded to a Galaxy 24 because the 21 wasn’t working, then got the phone repaired so returned the 24 and the SIM card was put back into the 21. Ever since then, I receive texts from him, but he doesn’t receive mine.
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot? The online chat was useless, and it seems to only pop up periodically anyway.

Has he blocked you accidentally? Has he tried using a different messaging app to see if that makes a difference? If you are using an iPhone. Have you set his contact to send as an SMS/MMS and not over iMessage?
