Van Buren Arkansas No Home internet 5 dsys
We have had t mobile internet and phones for a long time now. Tomorrow we will be changing one or both to another service. We work from home and have had no home internet service and spotty phone with no internet for over 5 days now. I call and get a different reason or a false claim it will be restored ina few hours. Ever been told to go change out my router and Sim cards
I have spoke to neighbors who have the same issue for 5 days so it is not my equipment. Now we're getting tower down and told it hasn't even been looked at yet. This us not how you run a company believe me I run a large one and this is not acceptable. Need to stop spending all your money on marketing and get a staff or train some that know customer service and how to maintain your network. Ridiculous ! We are in Van Buren ARKANSAS
