wifi will suddenly not connecting to iphone

Apple iphone 13 will not connect to the internet, not to my home network or other Wi-Fi networks available to the public.  Internet provider states trouble shoot shows no problem on their end.  Shows strong signal to the phone and all other devices in the home.  I have performed all of the suggested fixes i.e.  forget network and reinstall network again, hard reset the phone, reset network settings.  What have I missed? (Phone bill is paid up to date.)
