Las Vegas South. Internet Signal Outage 4 Days Now

South Las Vegas internet signal been out 4 days. No internet, Wi-Fi, or Hotspot at all. You think Tmobile care ? NO…. Never in history of internet have I known be out 4 days! Not only that, Tmobile doesn’t reach out with updates Nothing! I asked Tmobile pay for some prepaid portable hotspot so my baby can be able do online classes. Tmobile said NO (clearly). Icing the cake, account been under care for 10 months trying to clear eip’s. Tmobile lies and assures, promise, etc to customers. Everything about Tmobile has turned for the worst! 
WARNING STAY AWAY!!!! THEY DONT EVEN CHECK ON THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH MAJOR ISSUES… TMOBILE HAS BEEN 10 MONTH NIGHTMARE! TMOBILE RECKLESS, IRRESPONSIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL, GETOVER, (just as cox says on the ad commercial), TMOBILE MOST DEFINITELY LIVES UP TO COXS TRUTH!!!!
