Old T-Mobile Internet App works, New T-Life app Doesn't

I am having the same issue but I have already deleted the old App and installed their new Life App. The old App is now not available for download in the iOS store. So I am stuck with the new App. It intermittently shows the 5G Modem Offline while everything is online and fine. Also interesting is that it shows the Access point has a good connection. And also shows no active clients when I have 50+ clients connected as seen in the HINT control App.
I also have this issue. The T-life App shows my 5G Gateway as "Offline." It's clearly online and everything is functioning properly. I also deleted the older app so now I have now way to monitor the devices using the Gateway. Does anyone have any further info on when the T-Life app will be updated?
Why would they fix anything so long as we keep sending them money every month.
