wifi home internet password

@Genesis, in the TMO HI app open the “Network” tab. Under “Update Network” you will see a field called “Wi-Fi network password (Key)”.  There you can change your Wi-Fi key.

I would also like to know how to change the network password.

I have one, it’s on there. Take a pic of that label with your phone, then zoom in on it.
Once you get in, you need to change it.

On a white label attached to the bottom of the Nokia gateway, or the black label on the side of the Arcadyan gateway near the connections.
