Wistron Neweb device showed up this am

So i’ve just been introduced to Wistron Neweb. Showed up this morning on my devices menu of my T-Mobile phone. I am using T-Mobile gateway for Internet access. My Sony TV is no longer on my device list and this company is in its place. my TV works but Netflix will not boot up. Everything else will. If I disable the device, I can’t boot up that cooks at all if I connected to device with a schedule showing off 23 1/2 hours Netflix works… Is there a way to get this off of device list?
