Magenta Max international coverage
We have Magenta Max and have used it extensively in Italy, France and Albania. My wife is now travelling in Spain and Greece, and she has no coverage in those countries. Her phone was recently upgraded. Could there be a missing setting that enables Magenta Max for her?
I’ve had no issues in Spain or Greece. Did she enable roaming on her new phone? Also make sure she gets a text the moment her phone connects to the local network. The text will confirm if that country is covered under your plan. Save that text in case there are any billing screw ups.
