SPAM phone calls created fake long distance call

A phone call from Publishers Clearing House on 11 Jan was some how turned into a long distance phone call to Kingston Jamaica total charge is $125.25 with taxes.

We made no such call and they even tried to call back multiple times that day to run up more charges.

Now the best T-Mobile wants to do is take off $50.00?
